There are two levels of ABM membership: Associate membership (aspiring mentors) and Full membership (experienced mentors). As a Help to grow mentor, you benefit from a reduced membership fee and a subsidised upgrade path.
Associate membership is for those mentors who are new to mentoring and wish to have the support of a professional organisation as part of their learning and development and journey as a professional mentor.
Help to Grow volunteer mentors looking to upgrade to ABM Full or Associate membership can benefit from a discount on their fees.
The one-off joining fee of £144 (Full Member) / £96 (Associate Member) is waived.
For ABM Full membership, it is necessary to have worked as a mentor or coach with at least three businesses over a minimum of two years. These can be businesses mentored during your time as a HtG member.
Help to Grow volunteer mentors looking to upgrade to ABM Full or Associate membership can benefit from a discount on their fees.
The one-off joining fee of £144 (inc. VAT) (Full Member) / £96 (inc. VAT) (Associate Member) is waived.
We welcome applications from business mentors, consultants and coaches who are yet to have been engaged by a client or mentoring in the workplace but have business experience and an interest in developing their business mentoring skills.
