Help to Grow
Ben has had senior roles in education, charity and creative sectors running national and international programmes with a particular focus on education and training. He enjoys finding innovative solutions to tough challenges and is equally at home reading economics papers or watching Paddington Bear with his young sons. Ben leads the Help to Grow: Management Course programme for the ABM including leading the programme team and teams to onboard, train and support mentors. Ben is also an associate member of the ABM and enjoys mentoring leaders through dramatic organisational change.
