Tim has over thirty years’ experience within the sales environment as a salesperson, a sales manager, a sales director and as a mentor and coach. He has developed and exited two IT businesses and supported three training and development organisations to grow their businesses by developing their commercial offering, taking these teams through change. Tim’s passion for coaching and mentoring has helped shape his service offerings which now includes coaching, mentoring, coach and mentor training, coach supervision and mentor coaching; all services aimed at supporting fellow practitioners who have selected this as their chosen vocation and now work toward becoming the truly fabulous coaches and mentors they aspire to be. He is a qualified coach with both ICF and EMCC credentialing, a Chartered Manager and holds a degree in professional consulting. Tim assumes Board responsibility for Learning, Development, Support and Quality.
