ProfileI work with SME owners and MDs across Yorkshire to grow the value of their business, acting as a trusted 'right hand man' and business friend in order to make clear decisions and implement solutions.
I achieve this through both strategic support and hands-on problem-solving, getting right to the root cause of issues in key areas. These areas are usually the main reason for under-performance and inefficiency. When left unattended, they end up being the underlying cause of deeper issues around lack of focus or differentiation, duplication, or leadership stress.
All businesses face internal & external issues, challenges & threats, and that's entirely normal. But these need to be quickly resolved for a business to perform and flourish.
My objective and independent perspective provides the platform to liberate businesses from these issues and move onto a new level, thus growing value, performance and opportunity. I work with businesses to enhance:

I get a real thrill from improving and advancing businesses and I also act as a sounding board when something simply needs bouncing around. My experience spans SME and Blue Chip environments, and my business acumen has been developed from broad and deep experiences across an unusually wide range of industries and businesses.
I can work on a short-term project basis to provide solutions to identified issues, but more holistic results come fruition best over a longer application, or in a retained or non-executive capacity.
