ProfileI co-founded Fast Floor Multimedia (FFM) in 1996, a hybrid business; blending B2B marketing, business advice, website development and since 2003 incorporating cloud based operational software.
This integrated business agency has delivered a number of key marketing projects for Tata Steel, Adidas, the NHS, Mott Macdonald, Telent, Unilever, Coca Cola, International Trade Associations and over 150 SME’s, together with some complex bespoke cloud operational software with Staffline, BMW and Renault amongst notable clients in this space.
Since 2005, my entrepreneurial interests have including Directorships and Shareholdings in several other businesses spanning manufacturing, software, business planning, franchising and business consultancy both in the UK and in Australia.
My notable projects include the establishment of a complete new marketing strategy and go-to-market suite of materials for Telent; previously known as the service division of Marconi, a half a billion pound turnover telecoms business. I also provided support and inputs for a number of high profile successful multi-million pound tenders. These tenders included; BT Openreach, Virgin Media, Transport forLondon and Cable & Wireless.
I have also overseen the internal roll-out of The Coca Cola University; a personal and professional development programme for Coca Cola associates across the Eurasia territory (Eastern Europe and the Middle East).
I have also been involved in the turnaround/growth phases with several SME businesses, working with them through re-structuring, diversification, rationalisation and fresh growth planning. Often this has included the complete re-positioning of a clients’ business, a revised business plan, a brand refresh, new business and marketing strategies and an overhaul of external communication.
