    Career spanning 32 years, managing and leading people for 25 of those.
    Sector experience includes Hospitality, Retail & Commercial Banking and Whole, Storage & Distribution in the Food Service sector.
    Responsible for growth of large SME as Commercial Director from 2007 to 2013, achieving year on year increases in sales and profitability in a recession hit sector. Achieved highest ever growth in turnover and gross profits in 2012-13 adding £1.2mn in turnover.
    Achieved through close focus on service and our own talented people. Developed a coaching and mentoring culture within Commercial Department.
    Previously Corporate Standards Director within a food service business, responsible for Health & Safety, Food Safety compliance and took the decision to implement ISO9000 as a route to supporting strategic goals of the business.
    During my tenure as a Director, along with my Co-Directors, we enjoyed extremely low turnover of staff, high retention of customers, continuous improvement in customer value and continuous improvements in operational efficiencies.
    Since then, I have gone on to support over 60 clients on growth journeys in over 20 different industry sectors. I continue to work with several clients from the early days and am proud to be part of the local business support programmes delivered by Local Enterprise Partnerships, Local Councils and their delivery partners.
    My aim is to be the prominent and most successful Business Coach in the North Lancashire and South Lakes area with my success being achieved through my clients success.
