ProfileFirst class honours degree in Business Administration & Marketing
Post grad diploma in Human Resource Management
Last 3 years working on workplace wellbeing charter project which involves mentoring businesses around health and wellbeing in the workplace, involving employment law, writing policies and procedures, analysing sickness absence, making recommendations for improvement.
7 years previously in an operational management role of a small business unit within Coventry University. Mentored junior staff and candidates searching for employment opportunities.
7 years prior to that worked for the local chamber of commerce advising businesses and signposting specialists.
For the past three years I have been coaching and mentoring people within businesses to achieve the goal of the workplace wellbeing charter. Each person/organisation is different and I have to adapt my style to suit their needs. Some need a lot of support, others are quite capable but need pushing in the right direction or giving ideas from someone outside of their business. Timing varies and I meet with each business as often or as little as necessary for them to achieve set goals.
