    Andrew is an internationally experienced Entrepreneur, Mentor and qualified Executive Coach, with experience of working in more than 26 countries in both corporate and start up environments.
    Andrew has lived in the UK, Hong Kong and Poland and set up businesses around the world. Andrew was on the management board of a Hong Kong start up that listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. When in Poland, he was founder of Marshall Goldsmith Partners (CEE) LLC, which conducted large-scale multi-country assignments across Central and Eastern Europe.
    Back in the UK, Andrew was appointed Entrepreneur-In-Residence at the Birkbeck, University of London. He has also completed a doctorate in entrepreneurship at Middlesex University. The Dynamiqe psychometric instrument is in part a commercialisation of the research model that was generated as a result of this five year research programme. Andrew has Masters degrees from both the London School of Economics and Ashridge Business School.
