Frederika Roberts / ‘The Happiness Speaker’ & ‘RWS | Resilience Wellbeing Success’
Wellbeing and Resilience Tools for Mentors and Coaches
Whether your clients are self-employed or employ hundreds of staff, wellbeing and resilience are essential to their success: As employers, your clients need to consider the wellbeing of their employees, and ensure they have a resilient workforce; effective management and retention of talent are vital to their businesses. As business owners, regardless of business size, your clients need to look after their own wellbeing and build their own resilience to overcome the challenges that running a business throws at them.
In this highly interactive workshop, you will explore positive psychology interventions that you can use with your clients and that they, in turn, can use in their businesses. These will include discovering and working with character strengths, the power of using gratitude at work and at home, and understanding different time perspectives. These tools and techniques not only enhance wellbeing and resilience, but can also have a significant positive impact on workplace relationships, improving teamwork and productivity.
By the end of the workshop, you will have had practical, hands-on experience of key positive psychology interventions that you can add to your toolkit as a coach or mentor, so that you can deliver even better value to your clients than you already do.
